This program focuses on lifestyle management, providing Healthy Living clients with tools to help them on their way to better health, including nutritional counseling and advice, weight management techniques, finding an enjoyable exercise regimen, as well as establishing a mindful meditation practice. Whether you’ve been told by your doctor that you’re prediabetic or need to lose weight, or you just want to feel and look better with private support, inspiration, and customized exercise schedules, Absoulute Coaching can help you achieve a better quality of life by developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
These all-day health-fitness adventures start with an early morning group mindful meditation. Then, participants join Coach Joy along with a guest naturalist for a local guided hike, bike, or kayak tour. Learn about local flora and fauna indigenous to South Florida while also experiencing Joy’s favorite tried and true trails, parks, and waterways. Stop midday at some of her favorite spots for refueling and reconvene after lunch to hear from a selection of expert guest speakers on a range of topics—training tips from top athletes, the pitfalls of diet trends from nutritionists, or insights into work-life balance, optimal aging, and self awareness. Don’t miss out on these unique opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and learn with like-minded individuals. Our mini-retreats are held quarterly, each winter, spring, summer, and fall.
