I have known Joy for many years. My New Year’s resolution was to get healthy. Joy said she could help me if I was willing. We live on opposite sides of the country, so, it had to be online or on the phone. Joy listened to my goals, set up my schedule, and coached me through my first 25-pound weight loss. She is attentive to more than how many steps I take. She educates, supports, enlightens. I am still me, just a better me!
